What you get: Grail is a real-time card deal feed delivered via Discord. Your subscription unlocks the members feed, which is provided as-is — the machine scans, verifies against realized sales, and posts entries. It is not investment advice. Card values fluctuate; a listed price below a median is a signal, not a guarantee of resale.

Your obligation: one membership per person. Don't resell or repost feed entries elsewhere. We reserve the right to revoke access for abuse.

Service level: we run health checks and watchdogs continuously and fix what breaks fast, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime or that every entry is accurate. If the feed is down for a sustained period, reach out — we make it right.

We store only what the product needs: your Discord user id and username (to grant your role and find you in the server), and your Stripe payment details (handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number). We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing email. Your subscription status is visible to the operator for support and billing purposes.

Data lives on our US server and in Stripe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Cancel anytime — self-serve from Stripe (the manage link on your success page), no hoops. You keep access until your billing period ends.

Refund policy — all sales final. Membership fees are non-refundable. Grail is a live, real-time digital service: entries reach your feed the moment they're posted, so there's nothing to return or restock. We don't issue partial refunds, prorations, or goodwill credits — and we're upfront about it so there are no surprises.

The only exception: if the feed is down on our side for more than 48 hours and we can't restore it, we'll credit you for the lost time, and in extreme cases refund at our sole discretion. A chargeback against a validly purchased membership automatically ends your access.
