Grail Solutions partnered with USWS to reduce manual checks through automated data collection and real time data visualization. After configuring a physical server on-site, our team was able to create an IoT solution and connect it with all operating machinery. The data was then persisted for analytics and machine learning model development.
Dorthy
Dorthy is a real-time facial recognition service built for businesses looking to count the number of customers that visit their store. Using AI it detects new and returning customers, all while never storing a single picture.
Dorthy captures anonymous face IDs to let you know if someone is a returning customer. In real-time business owners can track their day-to-day or even year over year new and returning customers.
The system even comes with a prebuilt VIP feature, that would detect and alert managers or owners of High-Value Customers or even possible returning offenders (thieves or persons of interest)

The rapid spread of COVID-19 across our country depleted and occupied resources from hospitals within every county. With a lack of resources such as beds and ventilators, patients weren't able to receive adequate care and suffered because of it. Hospitals that were already full and receiving more patients sent them to other hospitals in hopes to find life-saving resources there. However, some were met with a similar circumstance and grew frustrated that the only way to know the best hospital was to arrive on-site.
Pandemic Lifeline is an IoT solution connecting the systems of local hospitals to help monitor inventory and provide patients with alternative hospital locations where they would receive the best care and resources needed to help them survive. Doctors, nurses, and hospital staff could view this dashboard and help provide the information to incoming patients.
