Common questions

What counts as one request?

One keyword search counts as one request and can return up to 240 eBay rows. A response with 10 rows and a response with 240 rows cost the same.

Do failed searches count?

No. Failed searches should not consume quota. Successful searches return usage headers so integrations can track remaining allowance.

Can I use this commercially?

Yes. Every plan, including free, allows commercial use in internal tools, SaaS products, client work, and automation.

Why is Grail eBay-only?

Focus. eBay sold data is the core pricing signal customers need, and we would rather be excellent there than spread the operation across weaker marketplaces.
